By purchasing from Van der Velde Beheer B.V., operating under the registered trade name S.O.S. MAGIC (the “Seller”), you (the “Buyer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this Website or make a purchase.
1. Definitions
“Seller” means Van der Velde Beheer B.V., operating under the registered trade name S.O.S. MAGIC, a company registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 24327349, VAT NL810301076B01.
“Buyer” means any individual or legal entity purchasing from the Seller.
“Primary Digital Product” includes the digital Complete Interpretation Book with video activations and the Interactive Study & Practice Guided Readings Simulator, purchased by the Buyer on the website sosmagic.eu (the “Website”).
“Complimentary Physical Items” means any physical goods shipped to the Buyer strictly as free promotional gifts accompanying the Primary Digital Product, carrying zero commercial cash value.
“Products” collectively refers to the Primary Digital Product and any accompanying Complimentary Physical Items.
2. Intellectual Property
All Website and Product content, including but not limited to: the digital Complete Interpretation Books with the video activations, the Interactive Study Companion & Practice Guided Readings Simulator, texts, graphics, logos, images, unique printed product designs, and packaging, is the exclusive intellectual property of the respective rights holders.
The Seller is an official authorized reseller of the Primary Digital Product and utilizes all related intellectual property materials based on existing agreements with the rights holders.
The purchase of Products does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Buyer. Any commercial use, reproduction, full or partial copying, publication in open sources, or creation of derivative works based on the Website materials or the Products itself is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of the respective rights holders.
3. Prices, Payments & Taxes
Inclusive Pricing: All prices listed on the Website are final and include all applicable taxes, VAT (BTW), and import duties.
Payment of Taxes and Duties: The Seller utilizes specialized distribution and dropshipping partners; all relevant taxes and customs duties are processed and remitted by the service providers. The Buyer is not responsible for any additional tax or customs payments upon receipt.
Payment Processing: Payments are accepted through authorized gateways.
Fraud Prevention: The Seller may cancel an order or suspend access in cases of suspected fraud or chargeback risk.
4. Primary Digital Product
Immediate Access and Loss of Refund Rights: By placing an order and requesting immediate access to the Primary Digital Product, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges, consents, and agrees that once the digital access link is generated, or access to the digital platform/simulator has started, the Buyer loses their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. Consequently, all digital purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Access to the Primary Digital Product is provided via the internet. The Seller will make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access to it, but is not responsible for any temporary downtime caused by internet service provider failures, device incompatibility, or necessary technical maintenance.
This tool is designed strictly as an educational study aid to help the Buyer practice and accelerate the understanding of The S.O.S. MAGIC Method. It operates using automated algorithms and contextual processing. All layouts, interpretations and answers are provided strictly for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- The responses generated by the application do not constitute, and must not be treated as, professional psychological, medical, psychiatric, financial, legal, or personal advice.
- The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or real-world outcomes of the automated interpretations. The Buyer assumes full, sole responsibility for any life decisions or actions taken based on interactions with the application.
5. Complimentary Physical Items
All physical items shipped to the Buyer are included strictly as complimentary, promotional gifts. They are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be traded for monetary compensation or partial refunds of the Primary Digital Product.
However, we want the experience with The S.O.S. MAGIC Method to be absolutely flawless. In the exceptional event that any complimentary physical item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, such as a printing error on the cards, please contact the support team at support@sosmagic.eu so the case can be reviewed and resolved in the best way possible. If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped free of charge for you.
How to Report a Defect: To help us resolve the issue quickly, please reach out to customer support within 14 days of delivery and provide an unedited video recording of the opening of your brown shipping box, clearly documenting the moment the defect or damage is discovered. The Seller recommends opening the package upon receipt in the presence of the courier or postal employee.
Pay attention: Brown Shipping Box — intended exclusively for protecting the product from deformation during transit. Damage, contamination, or deformation of the brown shipping box is not grounds for any claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the Buyer for the specific order.
The Seller is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or moral damages.
7. Force Majeure
The Seller is released from liability for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control: natural disasters, wars, transport service strikes, failures in payment or internet systems, or actions of government authorities.
8. Data Protection (GDPR)

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
All disputes are subject to consideration in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
